We're a team of passionate trailblazers, working in a hybrid way around the world, and we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Advertiser Sales Manager to join our team in Australia.
As our Advertiser Sales Manager based out of Sydney, you'll be the day-to-day face of iion to top agencies and brands. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, crafting compelling sales strategies, and driving new business opportunities to fuel our growth.
Here's what you'll be doing: Lead the charge in Australia: Work closely with, and report to the Head of Advertiser Sales - APAC to define a winning Go-To-Market strategy, focusing on Australia and leveraging your existing relationships including top-tier agency groups, indies, and brands direct to identify new opportunities. Master the art of sales: Craft and implement strategic sales plans to accelerate advertiser and demand business growth across different verticals. Own your territory: Take ownership of your patches accounts and be the champion for securing new business. Collaborate with the best: Work hand-in-hand with our Advertiser Success and Ops teams, to achieve ambitious goals and create a winning environment. Be a 'hybrid' superstar: Thrive in a hybrid work environment (2 days in office) while confidently leading impactful client discussions remotely or in-person as needed. Develop strategic relationships: Drive sales to key accounts through existing relationships and identify new leads to grow our network. Marketing collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure that you have all of the tools and support that you need to achieve your goals. Own your data: Forecast, track, and measure sales KPIs using CRM and reporting to ensure our success. Be a process ninja: Create, automate, and constantly look to improve processes to accelerate sales and new demand business growth. Stay ahead of the curve: Attend webinars and industry events to build partnerships and keep your finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends. Occasional travel: You might be required to travel inter-state to meet key contacts and clients from time to time, especially within the HoldCos and/or larger indies. We're looking for a player who embodies these qualities: A Digital Media sales gun: Minimum 4 years of experience, with in-depth understanding and application of digital channels. Game advertising experience is a BIG plus. Proven success in agency/advertiser-facing roles, with a sound understanding of the AdTech ecosystem. A deep understanding of the Australian, particularly Sydney landscape: A strong knowledge of the advertising and agency landscape in Australia, but equally happy to help out servicing our growing raft of APAC clients from time to time. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse multi-cultural APAC clients, and teammates out of APAC & EU. Well-versed in the programmatic ecosystem: A strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including PMP/PG deals, and the ability to strategically implement them for revenue optimization. A team player: Experience working collaboratively with a global team and contributing to a positive and supportive environment. A relationship builder: Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with agencies and brands in the region, especially in Australia, with a bonus for existing brand connections. An analytical mind with a passion for sales: Detail-oriented, analytical, and outgoing with exceptional communication skills. A global mindset: Only the sky's the limit for you in this role.
