Specialist Consultant (Recruitment and Retention)This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to lead a team to implement strategic recruitment and selection initiatives, including systems and strategy to support the attraction and retention of quality candidates to Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ).
What you will do Lead the recruitment team including the allocation of work, providing training and information to team members, maintaining data and reporting and managing performanceContribute to the delivery of strategic workforce plan initiatives that relate to recruitment and retentionOversee recruitment across LAQ to ensure processes are consistent with legislation, the directive, policy and guidelineAbout you: The successful candidate will have Knowledge of public sector recruitment, selection, attraction and retention strategiesAbility to write in a clear, concise and articulate manner and have experience preparing policies, briefing notes, reports and other business documentsAbility to build and sustain relationships with a network of key peopleWhat we can offer you 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours)12.75% employer super contributionsGenerous salary packaging availableStudy leave for approved work-related courses.Interested?
