Specialist Consultant - General Practice - Emergency Medicine - Medrecruit

Locum cover is required from 23 December 2024 - 13 January 2025.
Position Details: Shift times: 0800 - 1700 Monday - Friday 80 hours per fortnight On call - 1:2 when 2x doctors available otherwise 1:1 Rural Generalist preferred.
FRACGP or equivalent ED experience is acceptable.

Here in rural Queensland you will be working for a Multipurpose Health Service which is an acute facility with 24-hour emergency and general medical care, with six long-stay nursing home-type beds.
You will have the support of specialist services located at the nearest referring hospital.
The medical superintendent is also the general practitioner for the town which allows for seamless services to patients.
