UGL's Manufacturing & Maintenance business is on the lookout for a Rotables Coordinator to take charge of our rotable parts operations.
Based in Mackay with occasional travel to Nebo, this role is all about managing the end-to-end process of restoring defective equipment to full working order.
A Day in the Life As a Rotables Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person ensuring smooth operations and happy customers.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and sending sales quotations promptly.
Processing customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Ensuring rotable parts are correctly managed in SAP (installation/dismantling).
Keeping customers updated on their orders.
Collaborating with supply chain teams, vendors, and internal departments.
Tracking performance and reporting as needed.
Managing timely delivery of materials and tackling ad-hoc tasks.
About You We'd love to hear from you if you have: Strong organizational and systems management skills.
Experience with SAP (highly desirable) and quality management systems.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
Background in rail, automotive, defence, avionics, or other safety-critical industries.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email applications.
