Caring customer service to customers in the spa, over the phone, and via email.A passion for all things administrative to manage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email inquiries, and be responsible for inventory requirements.Strong knowledge of all products, treatments, and services offered by the Spa.Ensuring the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the Spa by providing general housekeeping duties such as laundry, folding of towels, and general cleaning.Delivering a sublime spa experience from arrival to departure.Great customer service skills.Love for organization and administration.Retailing & sales of spa services and products or similar.Experience as a receptionist with luxury guest service or resort spas is a bonus.Short-term working visas can be considered assuming you have relevant skills and academic qualifications and are looking to stay in Byron for a minimum of 6 months.
