Sous Vide Specialist

Cassegrain Wines is seeking to expand and further develop its Restaurant and Providore business. We are a well-established Primary Producer & Hospitality business located in Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
Our goal is to fill a senior position in the company to oversee these functions. The role is full time, with flexible working hours and family friendly scheduling available. When certain KPI's are met, you will have the opportunity to gain equity in the providore and food production business.
Ideally you will have experience in Sous Vide food preparation, food technology, and/or worked as a chef.
Depending on this experience, the role may include:
Overseeing food production using the Sous Vide method Selling Sous Vide prepared product to other eateries Assisting with wine production Assisting our restaurant team Please email your resume to ******
