Solutions Architect - Utilities Sector

About the Role Our client in the utilities industry is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to deliver enterprise-grade solutions across a variety of projects.
This 6-month contract role requires someone who has worked on large-scale, complex environments and has a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure to support cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities Architect and design solutions for enterprise-level projects within the utilities sector.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable and effective technology solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Azure solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
Ensure architectural consistency and maintain compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
Provide strategic input for future project planning and assist in aligning the technology roadmap with business goals.
Skills & Experience Strong background in the utilities industry or similar sectors.
Extensive experience in enterprise-level solution design and delivery.
Proven experience with Microsoft Azure architecture and cloud technologies.
Ability to engage and manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for large-scale environments.
Ability to develop and maintain architectural documentation to support technical initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
