Central Adelaide Local Health Network, WoodvilleSalary AHP-2 $88,255 - $102,240 p.a.
(pro rata)Temporary up to 19/12/2025 and up to full time 37.50 hours per week About the roleJoin our compassionate inter-disciplinary palliative care team as a Social Worker, where your expertise will play a vital role in supporting patients with complex psychosocial needs and their families during challenging times.
In this position, you will provide counselling and bereavement support, ensuring that each patient receives holistic care tailored to their unique circumstances.
Your contributions will extend beyond direct support, as you help plan, implement, evaluate, and review a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the psychosocial needs of our community.In addition to your direct patient work, you'll respond to organisational requests for specialist palliative care psychosocial advice and provide professional consultancy to management and staff.
