Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme. Your opportunity: The Social Worker Advanced, (Sexual Assault and Termination of Pregnancy) is a specialist clinical role responding to Sexual Assault and Termination of Pregnancy across the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS).To establish and maintain effective partnerships between stakeholders across the hospital, community, and the primary health sector regarding response to sexual assault and termination of pregnancy.The role is primarily designed to meet the new recommendations from the "Hear her Voice" report relating to Queensland Health's response to sexual assault, in addition to working within the legislative guidelines for Termination of Pregnancy.Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB).

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $167,587 p.a., comprising salary between $14,767 - $146,883 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5 (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
