About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to deliver social work clinical consultation and liaison services for child protection within the Redcliffe Hospital and the community. The role encompasses the provision of specialist social work services that contribute to maintaining the integration of child safety initiatives.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Develop, deliver, and participate in the evaluation of child protection education and training programs.Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of interagency Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect (SCAN) teams and support the medical officer core-representative in the coordination of key stakeholder input for SCAN meetings.Provide clinical practice supervision and clinical education to staff and students to ensure the maintenance of clinical standards.Health Equity
