Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Genuine Parts is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a key member of our marketing department, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resilient and resourceful personality traits
- Strong analytical skills
