Ignite have partnered with an a well-respected NFP Client who are looking to have a Social and Online Media Specialist to join their team to assist in creating innovative and engagement communication and media material for the business.

Working with various stakeholder levels, this is an ideal role for a Social and Online Media Specialist who is passionate about making a difference
About the role :
Develop and driving daily social media content that promotes the business and valube information for the wider community. Develop and implement a strategic plan for online communications to promote the business and the wider health community. Develop and implement Daily news. Develop creative social media campaigns with Program Areas. Develop inhouse content including interviews, animations, graphics, etc. Moderate usergenerated content and responses to posts based on company and community policies and assist with issues management in response to negative social media communications. Update and maintain the website. Use monthly analytics and quarterly reports to review the impact of social and other online media and ongoingly adapt and improve content impact. Create well designed and attractive posts using your design skills, i.e., using photoshop, Canva or related design apps, for creating social media tiles, video editors for creating more engaging reels, etc. Design and update Wordpress website Demonstrated success in building engagement with stakeholders online. Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to target audiences. Attention to details written and visual. Ability to think strategically and analytically. Demonstrated ability to uphold the principles of cultural safety including an ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Experience in social media community management including monitoring and engaging with brand advocates. Experience in analysing impact of campaigns and marketing initiatives using google analytics, Hootsuite, etc. Experience with website maintenance Technical experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Video Editors, Hootsuite, or similar CRM Please note :
