Clarity, in partnership with Wellways, will be establishing a Medicare Mental Health Clinic in Bundaberg. This service provides free to access therapy for those that cannot afford private therapy.
Founded in 2013, Clarity Healthcare is dedicated to providing compassionate and recovery-based care for individuals facing mental health challenges. From private services to hospital substitution programs, we're committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our community.
Here's your chance to be part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary model, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, registered nurses and peer workers under the one roof.
Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, bringing with them a range of expertise and skill sets. They work closely with clients to develop personalised treatment plans that address their individual needs in a safe and empathetic environment.
About the role
We are looking for Senior psychologists and psychologists. Responsibilities include:

Engaging with clients providing personalised care and support.
Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Advocating for clients and coordinating with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being.
Monitoring and managing clients' mental health and well-being, collaborating with health professionals as needed.
Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise.

About you

Current AHPRA registration in relevant discipline (psychologist).
Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.
