What are we looking for? As we enter our next phase of hyper-growth, we're looking for people who will go the extra mile and join us in our passion for building a bigger and better SentinelOne.
We are now seeking a dynamic SMB Sales Representative focused on organizations up to 500 employees to join our team in Australia. This role will focus on Australia and New Zealand.
What Will You Do? The principal responsibilities for this position are to generate revenue from multiple lead sources (Inbound, Outbound and Partner). Reps are expected to achieve their revenue, pipeline and related targets and will be asked to provide weekly forecast updates and visibility into this growing business. This role is heavily partner focused.
Understand your patch, build pipeline and close business to ensure target achievement.
Build Rep to Rep relationships in the partner community, become trusted and a safe pair of hands.
Utilise MEDDPICC qualification and deal management process.
Manage leads, qualify and prioritise opportunities.
Maintain a clean pipeline, provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert on SentinelOne products.
Become a value based, rather than product based sales person.
Create warm and lasting first impressions to prospects and customers by providing them with a friendly, exceptional experience.
Stay well educated and informed as to the SentinelOne competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the competitors.
What skills and experience should you bring? Ability to prospect and manage relationships within target organizations.
Team player.
High-tech sales experience (Cyber preferred).
A proven track-record of driving continued sales growth within a defined territory.
Motivated and focused self-starter with a strong work ethic who can work within a fast paced startup environment.
Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing and public speaking.
A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment.
Strong working knowledge of the cyber security space a definite advantage.
