Location: NSW What will you be doing?
You will bring years of Smart Metering knowledge and expertise to your technicians and subbies.
Mentoring and leading the guys onsite.

Your responsibilities: You will be the mentor and go to person for the Smart Metering techs onsite, completing audits, sign off's, supporting with the installations and final reviews of jobs When things are a bit quieter outside, you will have the opportunity to catch up on paperwork and desktop audits in the office Safety and Quality are core values here, and everyone is responsible for continuing to drive a healthy and safe working environment.
As the Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring work is delivered safely and correctly by your techs, the first time!
About you!
A mix of soft skills!
You'll be working with technicians and subbies on a daily basis, so excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and mentor is key Relevant tickets & licences for a Smart Metering Technician, including full Aussie driving licence, Electrical licence, White Card, First Aid, LVR CPR and Testing of Connections to LV - if some have lapsed, no drama!
Be open minded and want to learn, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of smart metering experts and metering providers, maximise the opportunity!
