Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking Construction Labourers who have experience within the commercial construction industry for upcoming projects.
You will be joining our team where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across South East Queensland.
We work on different types of projects across a diverse range of industries, so the work is always different.
Duties General labour tasks and support for trades with various duties, including but not limited to forklift operation, hoist driving, cleaning, and manual handling of materials.Liaising with labourers, tradesmen, subbies, site managers, project managers and contractors for efficient results.Ability to spot materials and equipment.Reporting of mechanical or operational defects or issues to supervisors.Housekeeping of any logs or records.Maintaining a clean working environment.Tickets/Licenses White card.Forklift.EWP over 11m.Hoist Ticket – Materials and Personnel.Manual Driver's License.What are we looking for Experienced Commercial Construction Labourers.Safety focused.Motivated, task orientated and a strong attention to detail.Professional interactions with all staff and teams.Ability to work in a team and trusted to work unsupervised.Driven in progressing your career further.Construction White Card.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transport, as travel is required throughout SEQ.In return: A competitive hourly rate with consistent full-time hours and overtime opportunities.A supportive and collaborative team atmosphere.Opportunities to gain more tickets and valuable experience.Paid birthday leave.$400 reimbursement for PPE each financial year.$250 health and fitness subsidy (gym memberships, activewear, ice baths and saunas, fishing rods etc).About us: McNab is one of the largest Construction, Development and Property groups in Australia, with turnover now exceeding $1bn each year.
