Having been established for 15 years, they're a privately owned business that partners with talented tradespeople and trusted suppliers.
This is an opportunity for 3 supervisors to join a growing business, with a portfolio of homes to manage either in Alkimos, Ellenbrook or Byford.
The Role:
Reporting to the leadership team, you will have the responsibility for:
Supervise and manage the construction of single storey homes
Allocate materials and trades to job sites
Ensure timely construction of new homes
Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
Inspect completed projects to ensure the highest standard of quality is delivered
Maintain and update company systems via iPad and laptop
Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works
Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
