Site Supervisor (Project Homes)

Role and Responsibilities: Title : Site Supervisor Location : Box Hill area Reporting to : Construction Manager Responsibilities : Delivering projects Managing up to 20 dwellings at once, depending on experience Supervising residential projects Leading a team and driving performance Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors Required Experience: Education : Preferably a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related degree Professional Experience : Essential to have managed upwards of 15 residential projects simultaneously for another project homes builder Ideally have a minimum of 4+ years practical experience Proven experience in supervising residential projects Stable employment history Ability to work and lead in a team environment Personal Attributes : Leadership skills Well-presented Good communication skills Company Culture: The company has a forward-thinking approach and is committed to the growth and development of its employees.
