With a healthy pipeline of work, we are looking for experienced Site Supervisors on a part-time basis. We are open to discussing different types of part-time work arrangements. With a focus on safety and quality, you will supervise site operations across a range of projects in line with programme and cost parameters. You will embody an Inspirational approach to work. What you will do:
Oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgetsEnsure trades onsite operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligationsFollow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements and instil a safety culture on siteUse our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operationsUndertake regular Health and Safety reviewsRun daily pre-start meetingsIdentify and proactively manage risks and non-compliance issuesEnsure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on siteCoach and mentor Graduates and junior team members on siteWhat you will bring:
A genuine passion for the Construction industry and a focus on safetyExperience as a Site Supervisor, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environmentAn understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologiesTrack record of safe and high-quality delivery of construction projectsExperience across a range of project types and industries, e.g. commercial, education, industrial and residential, including both new build and fitout projects (desirable)Ability to supervise and influence construction teams, Subcontractors and ConsultantsExperience with Hammertech or similar safety systems (desirable)Collaborative approach and a focus on teamworkAbility to juggle multiple priorities simultaneouslyWe are Driven to offer you a great career and benefits.
