Site Supervisor

ROUSSOS is excited to partnering with a renown Australian Builder that has been a leader in the Tier 2 construction space for over 60 years. Due to further expansion they are sourcing an experienced Site Supervisor to join the Adelaide team. With a healthy project pipeline of; mixed-use developments valued between $10M to $15M, civic projects valued up to $10M, health & aged care valued up to $30M+, this contractor cemented themselves as one of South Australia's "go-to" builders. Recognised for their relationship-driven approach, the team continuously strive towards delivering the highest quality commercial construction projects. The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations on-site and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.Ultimately, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead and support the site teamEnsure timely delivery of projectsManage and coordinate trade contractor worksMonitoring safety requirements on-siteBuild and maintain relationships with clients and contractorsAbility to assess productively of deliverables against set construction programThe Like MindTo be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman within a Tier 2/ Tier 3 environment. The successful candidate will have:Excellent communication skills and be able to produce precise written worksA demonstrated track record ensuring high quality and code complianceExcellent planning and prioritising ability A background in carpentry will be highly regarded.
