Site Supervisor - Home Builder - Southwest Sydney

The Company: Our client is an award-winning and highly established home building company and due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced home building construction supervisor to join their construction team in the South-west suburbs.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: Manage up to 15-20 new single-story homes in construction concurrently.
Managing single-story double story homes.
Allocate materials and trades to job sites.
Ensure timely construction of new homes within budget.
Effectively communicate with clients, trades, and management in a professional manner.
Construction of new homes is carried out safely and complies with company processes and procedures.
Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality.
Maintain and update company systems.
Report to management regarding onsite activity.
Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works.
Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process.
Role Requirements: At least 3 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor within the volume home building industry.
Tertiary qualifications within building and construction.
Trade background will be highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience within the construction sector with excellent building knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to build a strong rapport with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Proven track record of problem-solving.
Team player.
Excellent IT skills and computer literacy with construction-specific software packages.
Commitment to WHS principles and practices.
