We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quarry Site Senior Executive to oversee and manage operations at a Quarry in the Mackay region. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead all aspects of quarry operations including planning, extraction, processing, and transportation of materials.Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of quarry staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.Resource Management: Optimize resource utilization including equipment, manpower, and materials to achieve production targets.Budget Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.Environmental Stewardship: Implement environmental management practices to minimize impact and ensure sustainability.Requirements: Current QLD SSE practising certificate - Quarry or MiningSignificant experience managing Quarry or open cut mining operations, with a focus on safety.Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
