As part of this growth, we are looking for experienced individuals who want to be part of an ambitious, fun and close team, working as a Site/Project Superintendent. In this role you will provide focus on safety leadership, client relationships, workforce planning, leader/supervisor coaching, production efficiency and tactical management of drill rigs and site crews. In short this role assumes accountability for all aspects of operational performance, with a particular focus on the non-technical activities across a specific operational worksite. You will have Supervisory experience in an industrial setting, can bring a strong safety and work ethic and be able to interact with individuals at all levels. While it is not essential, a relevant business or leadership qualification is advantageous, what's more important is a demonstrable record of personal growth. It goes without saying you must have the right to work in Australia and be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
