A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Operations Manager who will provide strategic leadership to our West operations team. In this critical role, you will maximise growth within our business while maintaining a safety focused culture. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead and provide mentorship to a dedicated team of operational professionals. Core accountabilities include: Drive and lead a safety focused culture across all Operational Sites within the West region Develop and implement the region's strategic plan in conjunction with the COO and Commercial team Mentor, develop and support a team of Site Managers, Superintendents and Site Supervisors Manage overall workforce planning, including succession planning for the region P&L accountability, responsible for meeting overall budget, contractual requirements, and financial targets and expectations. Build, develop and manage successful long-term customer relationships Ensure the business meets overall compliance with Statutory Acts, Regulations and policies. Ensure the business meets its quality standards for the consistent delivery of products and services Contribute to regional stakeholder management Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement You will ideally be based in Perth, WA – with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
