This is an exciting opportunity to support our Laverton site in all matters of Production & Business Reporting.
As our Laverton site transitions to SAP, you will have every opportunity to support a smooth implementation of the system to be best utilized for data insights moving forward.
Your primary responsibility is to provide accurate, timely, and insightful production data that aligns with site goals.
You will track and analyse daily production metrics, investigate variances, and present periodic reports to provide a comprehensive view of production trends.
You'll be pivotal in building relationships with cross-functional teams, to support them in problem-solving, building systems capability, and keeping the site accountable.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, verify, and record daily production data, including output volumes, downtime, and inventory levels, ensuring effective administration of all department inventory movements and SAP system transactions.Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track trends, efficiencies, and deviations, supporting operational insights and performance monitoring.Engage with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to ensure accurate data reporting and alignment with site goals.Coach and support cross-functional teams in navigating SAP to build capability across the site.Investigate production variances by analysing root causes, collaborating with relevant teams, and developing actionable insights for improvement.Support improvement efforts by recommending corrective actions based on data analysis, focusing on efficiency enhancement and reducing recurring variances.About You
You will thrive in this role if you have experience in production data reporting or analysis within manufacturing, with a sharp ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
You are as detail-oriented as you are confident in partnering with, and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
In addition to the above, this position requires the following:
Experience in production data reporting, analysis, or a related role (FMCG experience would be highly regarded).Proficient in data management tools; strong knowledge of SAP is required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to a variety of stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills, to build trusted rapport, in addition to being adaptable and tenacious in following up with stakeholders.Ability to train and coach all levels of stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and suggest improvements.Why Asahi?
