Slade Health produces aseptically compounded pharmaceutical products that include chemotherapy drugs, total parental nutrition, antibiotics and analgesics.About the role:We are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager to join our leadership team to manage on-time in full supply of products to multiple hospital & clinical sites daily, supplying to metropolitan and regional customers. The role oversees operations of the TGA licenced Geebung compounding facility in compliance with the quality management system and GMP principles with full P&L responsibilities.This is a full-time permanent position and reports to the ANZ Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day to day activities related to the provision of patient treatmentsLiaise with Commercial Operations to ensure timely delivery to customersEnsure excellence in customer serviceOversee site compliance to safety and quality regulatory standardsEstablish site business plans and budgets in accordance with strategic plansManage the site P&LManage and maintain projects to timelines and within budgetOversee inventory and warehouse controls including cycle counts and stocktakesDrive productivity and efficiency through continuous improvement with the application of LEAN principlesDrive the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by communicating clear performance expectations, developing and supporting the achievement of company, site and team goalsActively promote a culture of continuous improvement to increase product quality, safety, customer service and employee engagementIdentify on-going training needsKey Attributes:Tertiary qualifications in management or significant experience in operations.Knowledge and experience of TGA regulationsExperience in developing, coaching and managing a teamHighly organisedPrior experience in LEAN / 6 SIGMA initiatives.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria, please apply by clicking on the Apply link below.
