Repeat subbies who are well versed in their systems and approach to work The Roles #1 – Aged Care Redevelopment – Ringwood – Extension, Refurbishment and Fitout – two stage project.

#2 – Industrial/Retail Project – Berwick - Greenfield project with tilt panel, structural steel and high end finishes.
Generous construction program Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects Role #1 - strong live environment and building services experience.
Role #2.
Greenfield experience - in ground services, tilt panel and structural steel experience essential.
Certificate III or IV in OHS An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
