Our client is one of Victoria's quiet achievers, operating for over 20 years and considered a 2nd tier builder while maintaining the inclusive, positive culture of a 3rd tier builder. They specialize in commercial, education, industrial & institutional developments from $500K to $50M.With their head office based in Melbourne, they have successfully delivered projects in Regional Victoria for several years. They have secured a $5M institutional project in the Echuca region and require a Site Manager to manage this project.Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will have complete autonomy over their project and will effectively lead a team. They should possess a proven track record in Site Management, a passion for quality, the ability to manage programs, work under pressure, and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will be either trade or tertiary qualified in Construction, with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and presentation.In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary ranging from $160,000 to $210,000, dependent on experience, with one of the best employers in the industry.
