Site Manager (Regional)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Manager for a new hospital being built. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
This is a regional role, a significant salary and package is available for the right candidate. The project will run for 9 months, must have hospital build experience.
Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.Supervise and manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or risks promptly.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise on site.Maintain accurate records of construction activities and expenses.Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications and standards.Promote and enforce sustainable construction practices.Requirements: Experience in healthcare building.Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and health and safety regulations.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
