The opportunity is with an Award-Winning Construction Company, at the forefront of their industry, they are experiencing sustainable, organic growth across Commercial, Government and other key sectors. Based in FNQ, they have an excellent reputation for delivering great projects up to $50M. 
$180k to $200k + Super + Vehicle and other benefits
About the role
The ideal person for this role will be a Site Manager with at least 8 Plus years experience delivering new build projects up to $30M. Experience working on projects involving trades associated with Medical Centres and related work is highly desirable. You will have likely come up through a trade - and have the ability to lead the subcontracting teams on site successfully. Well supported by a Senior PM and a CA your communication skills will be strong. 
Skills and experience required Reside in FNQ or willing to relocate for at least two years.  Deliver projects on site from "breaking ground" to hand over Experience on Projects up to $30M.  WHS experience.  Experience on Medical Centre Projects or similar.  Are you interested in roles like this?
