SKILLED SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIREDOne of Australia's best-known developer/builders is looking to add a new Site Supervisor to their team due to an internal promotion. With a strong history dating back over 40 years, their work has been nationally recognised and awarded by major industry organisations. Our client specialises in medium-density residential projects across Australia with a continuing focus on securing future acquisitions to build on the current portfolio.
The suitable candidate will possess: Minimum 2 years experience working for a Townhouse / Unit builder in QLDExperience running a minimum 10 + projectsTrade qualification or strong hands-on experience (2 + years)A genuine passion for excellent customer service and guidance throughout the complete build processKnowledge of QLD building codes and practicesAttention to delivering quality homes, on time and with minimum defectsThorough understanding of on-site OH&S requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and time management skillsLoyal working historyJob Role: Liaise with the Construction Manager on design-related issues - pre-construction that may prove problematic to the regular scheduling of site activitiesScheduling and coordinating works and communicating timelines with subcontractorsSupervision of onsite construction call forwards on scheduling trades and supplies to the site, from initial site cut to handoverOversight of all works associated with Defects Liability Period satisfaction for all clientsDealing with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal/external customersInvolved with all aspects of the supervision of the projects, delivering all new homes to the highest standards, and ensuring the continuous management of safe working practices.Please call Miller Langford-Ely on 0466 806 871 for more information or email your CV to ******.
