On Line Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager and a Leading Hand!Our client is a skilled and experienced property construction company, established in 2015, dedicated to delivering quality results and immaculate finishes. With a reputation for excellence, they have grown to become one of the most trusted builders in the Central Coast property market.With multiple new construction sites in the region, they are seeking a Site Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a Leading Hand to join their growing team. You will play a key role in overseeing the construction of one of the multiple childcare centres across the region, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and within schedule.A strong work ethic is vital for this role, which will be displayed by finding solutions instead of problems. Your can-do attitude will be an enabler for the client. Within a close-knit team, you will be a hands-on leader willing to jump in and assist laborers, trades, and subcontractors to ensure the project remains on time.If you are a motivated and skilled Site Manager or Leading Hand with relevant experience, we would love to hear from you!As a Site Manager or Leading Hand, you may be required to:Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Lead and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met within budget.Maintain clear communication with the project management team and clients.Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Solve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail in all aspects of the project.What we are looking for in a Site Manager or Leading Hand:Proven experience as a Site Manager (1-3 years preferred) or Leading Hand in construction.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience in commercial or residential construction projects; experience in building childcare centres is a plus.Valid driver's license and White Card.If you don't meet all the above requirements but believe you have something special to bring to this role, we still want to hear from you!
