Job Summary:As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, managing and maintaining all assets to the highest standards. With your strong background in construction and excellent communication skills, you'll lead the project start to finish, within time frames and budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Objectives:Lead multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Manage and maintain building assets to uphold the highest standards.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Coordinate and oversee project teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to optimise project workflow.Drive continual improvement in project processes and outcomes.Ensure quality control, adherence to project specifications, and site safety across all projects.Responsibilities:Understanding project goals and interpreting construction plans.Managing all facets of construction on site, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and environmental management plans.Scheduling and managing site personnel, contractors, suppliers, and materials for optimum workflow.Executing quality and safety checks.Developing positive working relationships with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.Coordinating site inspections and project meetings.Programming project works and achieving critical milestones.Monitoring and managing all project activities of sub-contractors.Providing monthly progress reports and liaising with the Project Manager.Any other tasks directed by the senior management team.Position Requirements:Qualification in construction/project management or trades background.Minimum 3 years of site management and supervision experience in commercial and industrial sectors.Commitment to high safety and quality standards.Demonstrated capacity to complete major projects safely, within budget, and to strict quality standards.Excellent coordination and management skills.Proven leadership qualities and motivational skills.Experience in planning and programming site works.Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.Relevant industry qualifications.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Technical knowledge and expertise in property and construction.Based across project sites with a Construction White Card and driver's license.Ability to travel locally or interstate when necessary.Why Join:Joining at this exciting phase means being part of a growing team with vast opportunities for career advancement.
