Location: Eastern Suburbs of Sydney Salary range: $190,000 - $250,000 + Super which is dependent of experience and value you can bring.
What you will be doing?
In this role you be working alongside the Project Manager, where you will have full autonomy over the construction program and driving your internal teams' standards.
Our client has in house trade teams, taking the stress of subcontractors out of the equation aiding with more collaborative team to deliver on project timelines.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering Class 2, multi story apartments with a basement projects in a head contractor environment.
Ideally exposure to project above $20 million would help with in being success in this role.
