Site Manager

$150M turnover business nationally Work on projects 10M + Work alongside management from a mid tier background  The Company You will be joining an established Builder with offices in NSW and QLD and work across a variety of  projects within the commercial, hospitality and educational sectors.
The company is in a strong financial position and will be busy in Sydney and Regional NSW in the 2024/2025 financial year    The Opportunity    You will be heading up a project about to kick off in NW Sydney at a private educational facility, value at $40M Responsibilities will include for overseeing day to day activates on site to achieve project milestone ensuring that safety, quality, and programme are adhered to.
You will have the support of a full project team and report to an office-based Project Manager.
Some Saturday work will be required however is rotated and reflective of the programme which will be in your control.
