Michael Page are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a well known Tier 2 builder who specialise in the commercial sector. Projects range in value from $50m - $100m with the initial project being a major commercial mixed use project on the north side of Brisbane.

They have very well resourced project teams and a hugely experienced management team.

They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team, initially to deliver a large commercial mixed use project on the north side of Brisbane.
Description Key responsibilities include:

Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site Ensuring a safe site at all times Quality control and defect minimisation Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met Profile Selection criteria will include:

QBCC Site Supervisor licence Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical) Trade background preferred (carpentry) Track record of delivering commercial projects up to $100m Job Offer On offer:
