Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager who is open to local and regional projects, ready to oversee project execution for our client's team in Newcastle.
This position requires strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage resources effectively to meet quality, safety, and project milestones.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project phases from start to finish, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines.Manage medium to long range program.Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with project specifications and regulations.Implement safety procedures and conduct routine assessments to ensure a secure work environment.Provide updates to management and stakeholders, addressing issues and solutions in real-time.Requirements: Open to travel.Trade background or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management, preferably with a background managing projects across government sectors.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
