Site Manager

ATLAS Recruitment is currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a Melbourne-based commercial company that specializes in Commercial Fit Out.
Based in Melbourne's Inner North Suburbs, this position offers potential for contractors to roll onto another project.
Minimum Requirements: Candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a sound understanding of building principles and regulations. Trade qualifications are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will be tasked with managing a single-level office fit-out, including demolition, installation of services, and finishes.
