$15M High-End Fitout Competitive hourly rate Hawthorn Company Founded over 30 years ago, this Tier 3 Commercial Builder delivers projects across the Education, Childcare, Aged Care and Residential sectors up to $20M.
This company employs over 50 permanent staff and is prides themselves on offering exciting projects and having strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
Role The relevant role is a durable contract of 40-weeks delivering a High-End Office Fitout of an existing building in Hawthorn.
The team structure with involve a Contract Administrator, Leading Hand, Laborer and all overseen by the Construction Manager.
Requirements of the role include: Oversee day to day activities of Construction on the site Coordinating subcontractors and relevant trades Enforcing and maintaining relevant OH&S measures and procedures Quality assurance Resolving any disputes that may arise on site Requirements Proven Site Management experience for a Fitout Contractor Strong interpersonal and communication skills Procore and Hammertech software experience Immediately availability or on short-notice  If this role is something of interest to you, my contact details are below: E: ****** P: 0423 419 394
