Site Manager opportunity for a well-established Developer/Builder with a healthy portfolio of high-rise projects on the Gold Coast.

Our client is a very well-established Developer/Builder with a healthy portfolio of successful projects on the Gold Coast. Their current range of projects are from $30m - $50m and they are looking for a Site Manager on the Gold Coast to deliver the $30m stage 2 of their latest 8-storey residential development.

They pride themselves on having a culture which allows people to use their own initiative and a self-motivated person will definitely enjoy things here and flourish. The project team consists of an established and long-term Project Manager, Site Manager (you), Structures and Finishes Foreman, HSE Advisor, Project and Site Engineers, and CA's.

The ideal Site Manager has delivered high-rise residential developments before and has the ability to lead a team and manage a site effectively. The culture that has been built here is outstanding and we are looking for someone who can continue to build on this and even enhance the environment.

Role:

The Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:
Management of trades and subcontractors on siteCoordination of all site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocationImplementation of OH&S policiesEnsuring adherence to plans and specificationsApproval of subcontractor invoicesLiaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are metIndustrial relations managementProvide leadership to the site teamLong and Short term programming Person: A stable career history within the construction industryHigh-rise residential experienceStrong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable company would be an advantageThe ability to work to and meet deadlinesWell organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
