Their current range of projects are from $30m - $50m and they are looking for a Site Manager on the Gold Coast to deliver the $30m stage 2 of their latest 8 storey residential development.
They pride themselves on having a culture which allows people to use their own initiative and a self motivated person will definitely enjoy things here and flourish.
The project team consists of an established and long term Project Manager, Site Manager (you), Structures and Finishes Foreman, HSE Advisor, Project and Site Engineers and CA's.
The ideal Site Manager has delivered high rise residential developments before and has the ability to lead a team and manage a site effectively.
The culture that has been built here is outstanding and we are looking for someone who can continue to build on this and even enhance the environment.
Role: The Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility: Management of trades and subcontractors on site  Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation Implementation of OH&S policies  Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications Approval of subcontractor invoices  Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met Industrial relations management  Provide leadership to the site team Long and Short term programming Person: A stable career history within the construction industry High rise residential experience  Strong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable company would be an advantage The ability to work to and meet deadlines Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity In return you will be fortunate enough to work with an outstanding team and enjoy all of the reason why this company is so well loved and respected in the industry.
