About the role:

- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- The Project is a $800k Industrial Project located in Geelong
- Oversee all sub-contractors
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:

- Experience with site managing commercial builds from start to finish up to $5mil
- Carpentry Background
- 3+ years as a commercial new build site manager/ Foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive program
