As a result of their continued success, my client, a well-respected QLD tier 2 builder with an excellent, long-standing reputation in the market, is currently looking to add a proven and experienced Site Manager to their already high-performing team in Brisbane.
Established 20+ years ago, this builder is renowned for producing high-quality outcomes with an ever-growing list of repeat clients specializing across the industrial, education, health, and targeted commercial sectors.
Real career progression exists for the incumbent as the company anticipates further growth and will look to their site delivery lead as someone who can further themself within the business.

Your Position

Reporting directly into the Project Manager, you will be looking after a $14m D&C education project consisting of a GLA and administration building. It will be advantageous for the successful candidate to have managed a variety of commercial and industrial projects specifically including new build education, health, and industrial warehouse projects.
