There is currently an opening for an experienced Site Manager to start in a new project from the planning stage. The project is a $12M new-build project at one of Brisbane's prestigious private schools in the bayside region. The site is a large footprint with sporting facilities and learning center components and will no doubt feature in both architectural and construction awards.

The Site Manager will be responsible for a well-resourced team consisting of foreman, apprentice, and administrator. The successful SM will be responsible for overall planning and strategy, and coordination of all site activities, as well as interfacing with client representatives and ensuring OH&S compliance is constantly met.
