About the role:- Responsible for overseeing the aged care project from start to finish- Oversee all sub-contractors and manage the quality of finishes- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to dateYour Background:- Experience with site managing various commercial projects- 5-10+ years as a site manager- Excellent with detail and quality- Able to drive the project team with strong leadership skills- Ability to communicate effectively and drive programme- Proficient in Procore / HammertechYou will Receive:- Circa $200k package, based on years of experience- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.- Strong sub-contractors to work withAbout the company & Culture:Commercial builder who has been delivering high quality projects in regional Victoria for over 20 years.
