Site Manager - Fit Out / Construction

Summary

CGC Recruitment is working in collaboration with a national commercial fit out & refurbishment builder who has a healthy pipeline of new projects.
As a result, they are looking to bring on board an experienced Site Manager to play a key role in project delivery.

The most recent project is a high-end $4m fit out of a showroom located in the inner city suburbs.

The business is long established, has excellent systems, and a stable senior leadership team who have been with the company for several years.

The Role - Site Manager

As Site Manager, you'll work closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager and site delivery team to deliver the high-end fit out.
Additionally, there are several projects at late tender stages, so you may oversee a couple of smaller projects in the $2-5m range simultaneously.

Ideally, you will have a Carpentry or Cabinet Maker trade background, with prior experience managing subcontractors on commercial fit out projects within Australia.
