Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our small but dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Project Team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Structural and Piping Construction Projects from quotation to completion.
They will collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities: Liaising with clients on all aspects of the tender process.
Sourcing and liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors as required to successfully price tender.
Compiling all aspects of the tender, clearly outlining inclusions and exclusions.
Estimating using first principle, norms and tonnage rates methods.
Undertaking negotiations with both suppliers and clients.
Working closely with the project delivery team to ensure effective handover and execution to meet client expectations and ensure project profitability.
Utilising our software to prepare and complete estimates.
Qualifications: Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or Bachelor in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or Project Manager in Heavy Fabrication with 5 years experience in Heavy Fabrication estimating desirable.
