Known for delivering complex and beautiful architecturally designed new builds across all of Melbourne's affluent suburbs and down as far as Sorrento.

Bi-weekly pay runs Respected and an award winning builder Supportive and fun company culture Work under a fantastic team of mentors Minimal staff turnover, high tenure rates, longevity in your role Strong pipeline of future works The role: Managing all work carried out on site  Directing progress of stages and monitor compliance with construction documents Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice Engage with sub-contractors and scheduling of work on site Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery Maintaining and updating the schedule Completing quality assurance inspections Monitoring and controlling ETS spending To be considered: Previous experience as a Site Manager for an architectural builder is required History of delivering projects up to $15M - on time and within budget A trade base of contacts and history of successfully handling subcontractors Trade background (ideally), carpentry highly regarded Experience with basements is a  MUST Well versed with tower cranes and complex concrete walls Competent working with tight access projects/ A confident mindset for delivering one off and complex builds  To apply: If this sounds like the golden opportunity you've been waiting for, please apply now by sending your up-to-date cv to ****** Please make sure to highlight any relevant high-end residential projects you have worked on and builders you have subcontracted to.
