We partner with many of Australia's most iconic businesses, Local, State & Federal Government entities, and Not-For-Profit bodies.Specialising in Education, Civic & Culture, Accommodation, Health/Aged Care, Sports & Recreation, Justice, Retail, Industrial, Aviation, Roads, Rail and Ports sectors, we're dedicated to delivering extraordinary outcomes by converting visions to reality, in an innovative and sustainable way.Role DescriptionContribute to the effective management of infrastructure projects in accordance with designated time, cost and quality objectives.Working collaboratively with contractors, designers and other delivery partners to identify and solve potential future issues with constructability, staging, and productivity.Maintain project quality standards in collaboration with contractors, and monitor the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet the requirements of the specification, and the contractor's own quality system is followed.Assist with project budgets, cash flows and funding arrangements.Assist with project and resource scheduling.Establishing procedures and work practices and coordinating the various aspects of projects.Assisting with administration of civil and structural engineering contracts, including monitoring and reporting on progress, completion of detailed daily diaries and photographic records, progress payments, variations to contract, measurement for payment and interpretation of contract conditions.Mandatory ExperienceAt least 15 years prior experience with any Australian State Government Road Authority, such as RMS, TfNSW, Large Corporations or Utility Providers, Large Infrastructure Joint Ventures or Local Government.Knowledge of general conditions and policies, standards, specifications & procedures.Experience in the delivery of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges and structures.Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of road, bridge design, construction, maintenance and materials.Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, including the ability to establish good working relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels, and deal with situations requiring consultation, negotiation and conflict resolution.Critical Note: Unfortunately, overseas candidates without this Mandatory Experience are unable to be considered.Disclaimer: We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.RPI supports a diverse and inclusive work environment as well as equal employment opportunities.
