About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Site Foreperson to join our Grain Processing team working on our Jindalee, NSW site. This is a unique opportunity and dynamic role that also involves Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) tasks.

Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in the formulation of overall work program and programs for each section of the work to be completed. Participate in reviewing the program on a weekly basis with the Project Manager. Ensure the agreed program is met for each component of the project and report any variances to the Project Manager. Co-ordinate the activities of all subcontractors by regular briefings and checks. Assist the Project Manager in compiling scope of works and tender lists for each trade. Ensure all aspects of the site and work to be completed are consistent with the agreed Project Safety Plan. Carry out hazard identification and risk assessments and implement control measures to minimise risks. Carry out site safety inductions for all employees and subcontractors. Ensure that appropriate PPE is always worn by all employees, subcontractors and visitors. Ensure the correct licenses are held for each person on site who is operating equipment that needs a license. Carry out regular site safety inspections and ensure that any corrective actions identified are actioned in the required time frame. Undertake tool box talks. Complete accident/incident reports and hazard reports as required. Stimulate a high level of safety awareness at all times and encourage input from all personnel onsite on matters relating to safe work processes and WHS.
